At the same time Caffeine developed a company-wide Intranet that has become the focal point of all inter-office communications. Forms are filled out online, discussion groups are maintained, employees are located by skill sets, and management is able to analyze sales performance by tracking target prospects throughout the entire sales process.  Caffeine is UHY’s Internet company of record. UHY Advisors recently engaged Caffeine to design and develop a career website to attract young applicants to its Houston office, which has tripled in size in the past three years. The UHY Rocks! website is part of a coordinated campaign that reaches out to potential applicants through radio and billboard advertising and drives them online to search jobs.
