Yesterday several Mascola representatives attended Luxury Redefined, a conference sponsored by The Yale Center for Customer Insights and The Marketing Club. The conference, an intimate gathering of about 150 people, featured a strong panel of speakers, including: Dana Thomas, the European Editor from Condé Nast Portfolio and Author of Deluxe: How Luxury Lost Its Luster; Frédéric de Narp, President and CEO of Cartier North America; Dana Gers, SVP Marketing at Ferragamo USA; and Maureen Chiquet, Global CEO of Chanel.
